John R. Weisz is a distinguished Professor of Psychology at Harvard University, with additional appointments at Harvard Medical School. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical and Developmental Psychology from Yale University and has held faculty positions at Cornell University, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the University of California, Los Angeles.
